To convert a running commercial warehouse into a state-of-the-art logistics-ready facility, a close collaboration among structural improvements, workflow redesign, and continuity of operations had to be ensured.

Our Approach
Houseura carried out a systematic transformation plan that emphasized a gradual implementation strategy that involved early collaboration with operations staff and effective scheduling of structural and system upgrades. The high level of planning provided safe execution, accompanied by better functionality and performance of the warehouse.
Noise-controlled working areas, planned access of contractors and sequencing of the upgraded workflow facilitated uninterrupted working in the warehouse during the transformation process.
