Davin Laus, CEO of Houseura, has a clear vision to transform construction standards through innovation, quality, and trust. With strong experience in the construction industry, he has successfully handled both residential and commercial projects to completion.
He is actively involved in strategic planning, client relationships, and ensuring every project reflects Houseura’s commitment to excellence.
Margaret Holloway
Chief Executive Officer
Houseura was established by Margaret in 2021 after a strong tenure leading large-scale commercial projects at top ENR contractors. She built a company where field experience and design intelligence work as one discipline.
Under her leadership, Houseura has grown nationwide with 140 employees and active projects across 12 states.
Daniel Reyes
President & COO
Daniel leads project delivery, preconstruction, and field operations across Houseura’s portfolio. A licensed PE, he brings deep technical expertise and operational discipline.
He joined Houseura as Project Executive in 2021 and became COO in 2023.
Simone Park
VP, Commercial Construction
Simone leads the commercial division, managing high-rise, mixed-use, and institutional projects across the Southeast and Midwest.
Over her career, she has delivered projects exceeding $2.8 billion in value.
Thomas Garza
VP, Industrial & Logistics
Tom leads Houseura’s fast-growing industrial division, focusing on large-scale tilt-up and pre-engineered buildings.
He specializes in managing complex phasing and large-footprint logistics projects.
Alexis Monroe
Chief Financial Officer
Alexis oversees financial strategy, bonding, and risk management at Houseura.
With experience in ENR-100 contractor accounting, she has strengthened the firm’s bonding capacity threefold since 2021.
Kevin Osei
Director of Preconstruction
Kevin leads estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews for major projects.
His team consistently delivers GMP proposals within 2% of final costs through strong subcontractor management and pricing control.
Rachel Thornton
Design & Engineering Director
Rachel leads BIM, VDC, and MEP coordination teams at Houseura.
She introduced the firm’s digital twin program, now used on all projects above $50M. She is a licensed architect (AIA).
Marcus Webb
Senior Project Manager
Marcus has managed some of Houseura’s most complex commercial projects, including One Midtown Tower and Hargrove Hotel conversion.
He is known for crisis management and strict RFI control.
Nadia Okafor
Safety Director
Nadia leads OSHA compliance, safety culture, and incident prevention across all active projects.
Under her leadership, Houseura has maintained an EMR of 0.62 consistently over the past three years.
