Our approach
Bathroom pods and modular kitchen packages saved on-site finish trade hours by 38. The rebalanced subcontractor matrix introduced specialist finish teams 7 weeks sooner than the traditional scheduling would have introduced them.
The outcome
Delivered 310 units of which 97 percent were delivered within the contracted window. No OSHA recordable incidents in 1.5 million man-hours. NGBS Green Certified (Silver).
